The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is the latest fitness test for the United States Army, introduced to better evaluate soldiers’ physical readiness for combat situations. It consists of six events that measure various aspects of physical fitness, including strength, endurance, and power. However, the standard ACFT doesn’t consider soldiers facing physical limitations or injuries preventing them from completing certain events.
Enter the ACFT Calculator with Alternate Events. This calculator allows soldiers to input scores for completed events and provides a projected score for those they couldn’t do. Using alternate events modified for soldiers with physical limitations, it becomes an essential tool to precisely evaluate physical readiness for combat. It not only shows how soldiers would score on the standard ACFT if they completed all events but also provides a projected score, considering any physical limitations.
This calculator is beneficial for soldiers aiming to assess their readiness and for trainers and commanders helping soldiers improve their fitness and prepare for the ACFT.
